International Friendship Day- Part 2

Looking at these pictures, I can’t wait for the next school celebration to come =) Let’s look forward to it ;)

International Friendship Day- Part 1

International Friendship Day (IFD) was definitely a special day for the children. To start with, the students were allowed to wear their home clothes to school!! Seeing the children in some of their most interesting home clothes added vibrancy and joy to the school ambience for the day. To further celebrate the occasion, there were performances by stage play artistes, children from the choir and impressive mass dances by various classes and even the parent volunteers. Wow!!! Apart from teacher hosting the event, children took up co-hosting roles on stage as well. =) Everyone enjoyed the entire celebration. We appreciate the effort put in for the preparation of the performances and the various details involved in this event. Last but not least, having worked together to make this event a celebratory success, I believe we have all learnt to appreciate and treasure one another all the more.

Pupils' Reflection

Friends are the ones who will be there forever. They are the ones who are not related to you by blood, but sometimes they are more loyal than your own brothers. Celebrating the true spirit of friendship is seldom known until it is lost.
Friends are the most important in this recipe of life.
